This week I am going to continue with building my base aerobic level.
Monday: Rest Tuesday: Cycling 1 hour, moderate pace Wednesday: Swim - Warm up 200, Drills 8x20, Free 6x100, 2x200, 4x100, Cool- 200 PM - Run - 30 minutes Thursday: Cycling 1 hour - Time trial Friday: Swim - Warm up 200, Drills 8x20, Free 2x100, 2x200, 2x400, 2x100, Cool 200, PM - Run 30 minutes Saturday: Cycling 1 hour 15 minutes Sunday: Run 40 minutes
I am still working on my nutritional plan and hope to have it finalized by the end of the week. |
