Why is it just when you are feeling good - you suddenly feel like crap. After running 17 miles on Sunday I felt great. I was tired but my legs felt strong. Monday I ran 3 miles and added one hour of bike in the afternoon and again felt great. Yesterday I planned on 9 miles but could bearly finish 7 miles at a god-awful pace. I'm not sure if I am slightly overtrained or just had a bad day. So today I took the day off. No exercise. Got a good night's sleep last night and I do feel a little better today. I am looking forward to tomorrow - speed intervals. I love speed intervals - sounds wierd doesn't it. I just love seeing how fast and hard I can go. Well let's see how it goes. Ciao! |
